REPLACING THE GAS BOTTLE

This appliance is designed to use a single type of gas bottle authorized by the
manufacturer. Use of any other gas bottle will invalidate the warranty and can make the
appliance unsafe. The gas bottle may contain one of three types of pressurized gas, according
to need. The available gases are nitrogen, argon, and an argon + carbon dioxide mixture.
Due to the high initial pressure (110 bar), the gas bottles must be handled with care and
kept away from sources of heat.
When the pressurized gas contained in the bottle is exhausted, the red LED
and the display will read:
WINEFIT CUBO
Gas bottle empty
Proceed as illustrated below:
 Working quickly, unscrew the empty gas bottle and extract
it from the appliance.
NOTE: The gas bottles are manufactured of steel and brass; consequently, empty gas bottles
should be collected and disposed of correctly by delivering to a specialized waste metals
collection center.

 Procure a new gas bottle. With the appliance switched on,
open the gas bottle cover.
Insert a new gas bottle and screw down onto the fitting; carry out this
operation accurately and rapidly. NOTE: FOR CORRECT BOTTLE
TIGHTENING, screw the gas bottle down into its seat until the red
LED goes out. Once the red LED has gone out, rotate the
bottle about 1/8 turn more. WARNING: screwing down by more
than 1/8 turn may damage the gas bottle gasket.
 Close the gas bottle cover.
