Product Warranty

Sonomax Technologies Inc. ("Sonomax") warrants the original consumer purchaser only
that the sculpted eers product (the "product") is free in normal use of any defects in
™
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase
from a Sonomax authorized distributor or reseller (the "warranty period").
Sonomax will repair or replace with the same or a comparable model (in Sonomax's sole
and absolute discretion) a product that is or, with normal use, becomes defective, at
consumer's sole option, if returned within the warranty period. In order for the warranty
to be valid, the consumer must provide the original proof of purchase with the returned
product, and must carefully repack the product, preferably in its original package, insure
its content, and send it, postage prepaid, to the address stated below.
This warranty does not apply and becomes void in case of: (a) damage caused by use of
the product with another device; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling,
negligent use, misuse, accident, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
(c) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses
described herein; (d) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an
authorized representative of Sonomax or a Sonomax Authorized Service Provider; or
(e) a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are
exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral
or written, statutory, express or implied. As permitted by applicable law, Sonomax
specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.
If Sonomax cannot lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then to the extent
permitted by law, all such warranties shall be limited in duration to the duration of the
express warranty and to the repair or replacement service as determined by Sonomax,
in its sole discretion.
No Sonomax reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification,
extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable,
the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
