B) C arging mode: Set Capacity
Preset charging bands to select the connected battery, or for e pert users, manual setting of the output current as a percentage
of the ma imum current available in the operating mode currently selected on the battery charger Manual Current Setting .
Speci cally:
• C arge: settable charging band
• Start: settable charging band
• S pply: non-settable, output current is adjusted automatically
C arge 4A
4 A (Man al)
Supports all batteries from a minimum of 4Ah up to a ma imum of 450Ah. Possibility of adjusting the output current from 0 up
to the ma imum supported by the operating mode currently selected on the battery charger.
C arge 12 A - 2
A
Supports batteries from 120Ah up to 200Ah. Output current adjusted automatically.
C arge 8 A - 12 A
Supports batteries from 80Ah up to 120Ah. Output current adjusted automatically.
C arge 3 A - 7 A
Supports batteries from 30Ah up to 70Ah. Output current adjusted automatically.
C) S pported Batteries: Battery Type
Wet
Acid electrolyte batteries.
Agm-Spiral Cell
AGM batteries ith at plate or Optima type spiral cell.
Saving settings
he battery charger saves the settings made on the front control panel. In the event of an accidental po er loss or voluntary
po er off, hen it is repo ered the battery charger ill restart ith the latest saved settings, also of the Start / Stop status.
Battery Analysis
Le analisi all'interno delle modalità operative, possono terminare con la segnalazione di alcuni errori.
• Damaged Battery : the Fault L D s itches on and the ''Start / Stop'' L D s itches off and the battery charger enters Stand-
By mode. he display sho s the message '' rr '' here
is the number corresponding to the cause of the error (see table 1).
Single t o second audible signal.
• Polarity reversal : the Reverse L D s itches on and the display sho s the message ' rr7'' ith a t osecond audible
signal.
• Analysis step in C arge : the display sho s the scrolling message A AL SIS alternated ith the measured voltage
or current value; the L D corresponding to the function continues to ash until the analysis is concluded. If the battery is in
good condition the L D becomes steady on, other ise the display sho s scrolling message SULPHA D-BA
R
and an
intermittent audible signal is emitted.
• Analysis step in ''Start'' : in the preliminary analysis function in Start the L D of this mode ill ash until a current absorption
e ceeding a minimum threshold is detected, after hich the L D remains steady on and the vehicle engine can be started.
