4.2 Installation
You can attach the FCE 79 cosmetics mirror either to a smooth surface (e.g. glass or tiles) using the suction
caps, or to a wall using the screws.
Option 1: Installation on smooth surfaces using suction caps
WARNING
If you are using the suction caps to install the cosmetics mirror, make sure that there are no objects below it
that can be easily broken or scratched. The suction of the caps may decrease over time. Therefore check reg-
ularly that the mirror is attached securely.
1. Moisten the suction caps with a little water.
Option 2: Wall fastening with screws
1. Mark the positions of the screws using the sup-
plied template. Drill holes at the points marked. In-
sert the three wall plugs into the holes. Then, screw
the screws into the wall plugs. Make sure that the
screws protrude at least 3 mm from the wall.
5. Operation
To switch on the illumination of the FCE 79 cosmetics
mirror, press the On/Off symbol firmly until the mirror
is at the angle shown.
To turn off, repeat this process.
The light switches off automatically after
10 minutes.
2. Attach the cosmetics mirror to a smooth surface
that is clean and free of grease.
2. Hang the cosmetics mirror on the screws you have
inserted.
