The T.36 PULSAR has a double LED that provides Diagnostic information (GSM and GPS) and indicates the Status of the
device. The 2 LEDs can FLASH SLOWLY (400 ms) or FLASH RAPIDLY (100 ms) independently of one another and turn off
at the same time. Example: "2 SLOW FLASHES" of the GREEN LED immediately after "2 RAPID FLASHES" of the RED LED:
the product is in "Pre-activation, Wake-up mode", but has not yet performed "Fix GPS".
