1. Wi-fi camera connection
Please connect IP camera with power adapter, refer to the picture below. Start-up time is about 1 minute.
Notes:IP/Network 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (Incompatible with 5GHz). If the router supports both bands, please switch off 5GHz Band.
Set WPA2-PSK (AES)/ WPA-PSK(AES) as encryption.
2. App download
Scan QR code to download app. If the QR code not work, please search "SAP HD' in Google Play (for android device) or App store (for IOS
device) to download it.
3,4. Wi-fi setup
Lounch the app. Click the symbol "+" to add new device, select 'Not network state' - "Wi-Fi configuration" , please make sure your mobile
have already connected to local wifi.
5. Resent the camera with eject pin. Listen for the warning. Make sure the device has been reset by hearing the warning tone or indicator
light blue light flashing, then click the button and input correct Wi-Fi password, click "Next".
6. Turn up the mobile phone volume and get close to the device, then click to start configuration.
7. The device UID (user ID), Name and password will be shown when configuration finished, click "Finish" button to complete
configuration.Click video button, then you can view real time image.
Tips: The mobile phone must connect to local Wi-Fi network. (The default password is " admin". For security reason, please change the
default password after configuration.)
If you want to add more cameras into the App, follow the steps 1; 3 ...7. You can install up to 64 cameras in one phone or tablet.
8. After camera is connected to network (network cable or wifi), there are three methods to add another camera to the App.: A. LAN Search ;
B. Scan QR code ; C. Manual add camera ID.
9. Access the camera device settings, and then click the name.
10. Check camera firmware version. Click the Device detail,so can be see camera current firmware version, version update.
If have new version, it will show available update version.
11. Change camera default login Password. Input current password, and then put new password.
12. Set the camera Time Zone. After camera connected to network, select the Time Zone to set the time. If you enable the DST, that is
Summer time, the time will forward one hour.
13. Wi-Fi Setting. If camera already connected to network cable or wifi, want to change to other wifi, Click "Switch Wi-Fi", so can see location
wifi and wifi signal strength. Note: Suggest use the wifi singal strength is well for camera connection.
14. Format SD Card. Insert the Micro SD card to camera before camera power on. And before set the recording, need
format the SD card on app or on PC (FAT32 format) first, then set the recording.
15. Set the Continuous Recording. The continuous recording can be select the recording time from Monday to Sunday for 24 Hours.
16. Set the Alarm Recording. After you set the alarm recording, need set the alarm settings at the same time, like enable Alert Zone Settings,
Motion Enable, Motion Detection Settings.
