USE AND OPErATION

ASIST equipment and machines are intended for do-
mestic or hobby use only.
The manufacturer and importer do not recommend
using this tool in extreme conditions and under high
loads.
Any additional requirements must be the subject of an
agreement between the manufacturer and the custo-
mer.
Before commissioning
• Open the package and carefully remove the device.
• Remove the packaging material and the packaging
and transport locks (if the product is equipped with
them).
• Check that the contents of the delivery are complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for transport
damage.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the end of the
warranty period.
ATTENTION
The device and packaging materials are not a toy! To
children
do not include plastic bags, foils or small items
component! There is a risk of swallowing them and
suffocation! Before connecting, make sure that the
data on the type plate corresponds to the network
data.
• Check the device for transport damage. Report any
damage immediately to the shipping company that
supplied the compressor.
• The compressor must be installed close to the ap-
pliance.
• Avoid long air and supply lines (extension cable).
• Make sure that the intake air is dry and dust-free.
• Do not place the compressor in a humid or wet room.
• The compressor may only be operated in suitable ro-
oms (well ventilated, ambient temperature +5 ° C to 40
° C). There must be no dust, acids, fumes, explosive or
flammable gases in the room.
• The compressor is suitable for use in dry rooms. Use
is not permitted in areas where spray water is handled.
• The oil level in the compressor pump must be chec-
ked before commissioning.
Assembly and operation
Attention!
Prior to commissioning, make sure that the device
completely assembled!
Wheel assembly
• Mount the supplied castors as shown.
Foot assembly
• Mount the enclosed foot as shown.
Air filter installation
• Remove the transport plug and screw the air filter (1)
onto the device.
Replacing the shipping cap
• Remove the oil filler cap (4).
• Fill the supplied compressor oil into the crankcase
and insert the enclosed oil cap into the oil filler hole
Network connection
• The compressor is equipped with a mains cable with
a plug with a protective contact. This can be connected
to any socket with a 220-240 V ~ 50 Hz safety pin,
which is protected by 16 A.
• Prior to startup, make sure that the mains voltage
corresponds to the operating voltage (according to the
device's data sheet).
• Long supply lines, as well as extensions, cable
drums, etc., cause a voltage drop and can prevent the
motor from starting.
• At low temperatures below + 5 ° C, motor start-up is
endangered by heavy running.
On / off switch
• To switch on the compressor, the on / off switch is
pulled upwards. To switch off, press the on / off switch
down.
Pressure setting
• The pressure on the manometer is set using the pres-
sure regulator.
• The set pressure can be removed from the quick
coupling.
• The pressure of the pressure vessel can be read on
the manometer.
• The pressure of the pressure vessel is taken from the
quick coupling.
Pressure switch setting
• The pressure switch (2) is set at the factory.
• Switch-off pressure approx. 8 bar
Compressed air hose installation
• A compressed air hose can be used for work at a gre-
ater distance from the compressor. To do this, connect
the plug-in nipple of the compressed air hose to one of
the quick couplings. Then connect the pneumatic tool
to the compressed air hose quick coupler.
