How to insert and remove batteries
IMPORTANT: Use high quality alkaline batteries for longer playing times.
STREET FIGHTER II: CHAMPION EDITION
Twelve characters can now directly battle each other in 78 di erent possible match combinations and the ultimate
feature, where characters must face their true equal...themselves.
Button and port functions
MENU button - To access device settings menu.
On/o button – Turns the device on and o .
COIN button – Add credits to play game.
Volume buttons – To raise and lower the volume.
Headphone port – To listen with 3.5mm headphones (not included).
Power port (5V IN) – Alternate power supply port. Power the Micro Player™ with a Micro-USB cable (not included).
CO/VS™ port – Used when 2 units are connected for head-to-head action (cable included).
Joystick – Navigate menu and move character during gameplay.
START button – To start the game.
PUNCH and KICK buttons – For gameplay and player mode selection.
NOTE: CO/VS™ only functions with 2 Street Fighter II: Champion Edition Micro Players™ using the included CO/VS™ cable.
How to play
1. Remove the battery cover and insert 4 new AA alkaline batteries. Please use new good quality batteries for best
performance. Replace the battery cover. You may also power the device using by using a Micro-USB power source (not
included) by following the instructions in the user guide section "Powering your Micro Player™ using USB input".
2. Press the coin trap on/o button on the front of the device to power on the unit.
3. Once the device powers up, select "Single Player" by pressing a PUNCH or KICK button unless you wish to play
head-to-head. If playing head-to-head please refer to the section in the user guide labeled "2-Player CO/VS™ ".
4. When the game opening begins playing, you can add credits by pressing the COIN button located on the front of the
device by the coin trap. Once credits have been added, simply use the joystick to select the character you wish to play
as and press START.
