Cutting and assembly of Carbon Tube:
The tube should be shortened according to measurements.
Avoid damage to tube as it may prevent easy insertion into
Tube Clamp Adapter.
I. Remove Tube Insert.
II. Clamp tube with a 30mm cutting jig.
III. Ensure tube is cut straight with a fine tooth saw.
IV. Remove all burs with a file.
V. Replace Tube Insert before inserting into
Tube Clamp Adapter.
VI. Ensure tube is fully inserted and in firm contact with
base of Tube Clamp Adapter.
• 2 year limited warranty.
Titanium tested to ISO 10328, load level A100+66%, rated
to 366lbs/166kg for normal use.
