11.- TROUBLESHOOTING
Stuck feed
To avoid blocking, in-depth trials have been carried out with the most
disadvantageous feed according to its size and humidity levels. If the feed
gets stuck, we recommend relocating the feeder to a drier place or
replacing the feed with another one with a lower grain size.
The programmer is working but no feed is delivered
If the programmer is working but no feed is delivered, disconnect the
feeder from the electrical supply, remove the automatism which can be
found inside the feeder and check that both of the motor cables are
connected. If they are not connected, reconnect them, verifying that
polarity is correct (if polarity is wrong, the endless screw will rotate in the
opposite direction; consequently, the motor would work, but no feed would
be delivered).
