Greenlee Insulated Battery-Powered Inline Cutters are
hand-held, self-contained cutting tools intended to cut
the following:
• ES20HVX ACSR Cutter: Copper and aluminum cable
up to ø 3/4" (20 mm), 336 ACSR, ø 3/8" reinforcement
bar (rebar), and ø 3/8" stranded guy wire. This tool is
not intended for use on EHS guy wire or multi-phase
cable.
• ES32HVX Cable Cutter: Aluminum and copper cable
up to a cross-section of 400 kcmil/MCM (240 mm

• ESC25HVX ACSR Cutter: Copper and aluminum
cable up to ø 1" (25 mm), 557 ACSR, and ø 3/8"
stranded guy wire. This tool is not intended for use on
EHS guy wire or multi-phase cable.
• ESC35HVX Cable Cutter: Aluminum and copper
cable up to ø 1-3/8" (35 mm). This tool is not intended
for use on EHS guy wire or multi-phase cable.
• ESC50HVX Cable Cutter: Aluminum and copper
cable up to ø 2" (50 mm). This tool is not intended for
use on EHS guy wire or multi-phase cable.
These tools are insulated and will provide a secondary
protection up to 1000 Volts when used with appropriate
Personal Protective Equipment and safety procedures
and in accordance with this manual.
The tool has Bluetooth connectivity and an
