Monster GreenPower automatically switches off outlets to stop energy consumption when your equipment is in stand-by

or sleep mode . Four outlets on this PowerCenter are controlled by radio frequency emitted by the included HT 300RF wall

tap . Simply plug the HT 300RF wall tap into a wall outlet and plug your HDTV into the wall tap . When you turn your TV off,

the HT 300RF sends a signal to the PowerCenter to switch off the GreenPower outlets, stopping stand-by energy your

AV receiver, DVD/Blu-ray disc

player, and other equipment plugged into the GreenPower outlets .
