Troubleshooting
Problem
The indicator LED does not
light up after the projector
is turned on
The projector does not

Possible cause
The power cord is not connected properly
The on / off button is faulty
The on / off button is on off position
The remote control is not aimed towards the
projector
There is a strong light reflecting in the IR
receiver
The remote control does not have batteries
or the batteries are discharged
You have not selected the correct playback
source
The connection cable to the playback
source was not connected properly
If you use a laptop, check if the output
signal is VGA
There is no signal on the selected input
If it is in PC mode, the output frequency
is not 50-60Hz. Make sure you have
connected the PC to the projector
The projector's ventilation is blocked
The supply voltage is not stable
The projector is overheated
