Step
Determine The Need For An Adapter
If there are threads on the outside of the faucet – Proceed to Step 3.
If there are threads on the inside of the faucet:
Select the adapter and washer that fit your faucet. Place the washer into the
recessed end of the adapter. Apply plumbing tape (provided) to the threads on
both ends of the adapter. The tape acts as an extra seal and strengthens the
connection. Screw the adapter into the faucet. Hand tighten. A coin may be
inserted into the notch in the bottom of the adapter to help tighten it by an
additional 1/2 turn.

NOTE: Washers are different thicknesses - use the washer that best fits your faucet.

Installation
Attach The Filter To Your Faucet
Position the filter system so that the unit is on the left side of your faucet and the
Filter Monitor is facing you. Attach the threaded mounting nut to the faucet and
turn until hand tight.
The filter assembly may be moved back and forth while holding the mounting nut
to help tighten the faucet mount.
