MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The MIXER is a machine specifically intended for mixing tile adhesives, paints and epoxy resins. It uses the mixing action of a
whisk tool that is able to produce compounds with high hygroscopic qualities, up to a volume of 50 Lt. The operator works in front
of the containment tank, within reach of the controls. He/she starts the tool moving, adds the water and then the product to be
mixed via the whisk guard that distributes it uniformly in the bucket until mixing is complete.

RECOMMENDED USE

TOOL: BATTIPAV MIXING AGITATOR Art. SP05001 RECOMMENDED USE: tile adhesives, paints, varnish and epoxy resins.
Admissible working conditions: INTERMITTENT - S3 SERVICE

INSTALLATION
TRANSPORT

The machine is easy to move. Lift the handle and move the machine on its wheels.
POSITIONING
Place the machine on a stabile surface. To place the machine in working position, proceed as follows:

Assemble the top frame and the transporting handle. Insert the connecting pin fixing it with the safety clip.

Insert all the different parts in the order shown in Fig. 5, then lock everything in place using the 22 mm hexagon wrench provided.

Screw the agitator tightly into the motor casing.The definitive locking will take place when the machine is in motion.

Insert the basket into the lower frame, making sure to insert one of the four transport handles in the metal tang provided.
This will prevent the rotation of the basket during product mixing.

Insert the agitator by positioning it as shown in Fig. 8. Lower the motor head; at this point, the MIXER is ready for use.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHEN THE MOTOR HEAD IS RAISED AN AUTOMATIC SAFETY SWITCH IS ENGAGED
PREVENTING THE OPERATION OF THE MOTOR.
THE MOTOR SHOULD ONLY BE RUN IN THE MIXING POSITION WITH THE AGITATOR INSIDE THE BASKET.
