Attach the Back pad support (11) to the Weight stack frame (1) using screw (80), washer (104) and nut
(108).
Attach the Long foam tube (32) to the Foam support frame (20), using screw (101). Then attach the Seat
support (12) to the Left cross frame (3) using screw (85), washer (104) and nut (108).
Attach the Adjustable foot plate (30) to the Seat support (13). Then Attach the Foot tube (31) and the
Cover plate (33) to the Seat support (13) using screw (86), washers (104) and nut (108). To continue,
attach the Seat support (13) to the Lower cross frame (4) using screw (86), washers (104) and nut (108).
Attach the Pulley cross frame (14) to the Weight stack frame (1) and the Weight stack frame (2) together
with the Seat support (13) using screw (80), washers (104) with nut (108) and screw (92), washers (104)
with nut (108).
Attach the Lower pulley frame (17) to the Pulley cross frame (14) using screw (100) and cap (71).
Attach the Handle (28) to the Weight stack frame (2) using screw (80), screw (92) with washer (104).
Note: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
