How to Replace the Zeolite Filter
After 600 hours of operation, the LED light will flash, indicating it is time to replace the zeolite
filter. Contact your local customer service centre to purchase a replacement part then follow
the instructions below:
1.
Open the unit as described above and locate the zeolite filter.
2.
Loosen the screws on the plastic cover holding the zeolite filter in place and remove.
3.
Remove the hose from the zeolite filter and take the component out. Replace with a
new zeolite filter.
4.
Re-connect the hose into the new zeolite filter as shown below.
5.
Replace the plastic cover and tighten the screws to fix the zeolite filter in place. Replace
the aluminium cover and tighten the screws to complete reassembly.
6.
To reset the automatic timer: Ensure the unit is switched off while plugged into a power
socket. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. Then press the power button
five times.
How to Replace the Vacuum Pump
Important

is drawing power may damage the plug socket and the unit.
After approximately 1,000 hours (or after the second zeolite filter change) the pump
performance may decline, with a noticeable reduction in airflow. To maintain optimum
performance of the unit, contact your local customer service centre to purchase a re-
placement part, then follow the instructions below:
