Application:
Mixing set is used in surface heating systems of mixed assembly. Essential functions of the set:
Reduces temperature of high-temperature circuit fluid for the purpose of a low-temperature surface heating system
Assurance of continuous heat transfer fluid flow in separate surface heating loops
Protection of the surface heating installation against overheating
Structure:
1. Three-way valve representing a supply connection to the set
2. Circulating pump Wilo Star RS or Wilo Yonos Para
3. Thermometer on the floor heating system supply
4. By-pass
5. Return connection for the set

Assembling and running
Caution! All assembling works must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with regulations in force and recommendations.
Before proceeding to assembling works, rinse thoroughly the system pipes and shut off the water supply.
Connecting the set to the delivery system and a floor heating manifold:
The delivery system is to be connected to the three-way thermostatic valve 1 (valve connection 1" external thread). The return system
is to be connected to the return stub pipe 2 (connection 1" external thread). The three-way thermostatic valve 1 measures the agent
temperature inside the system and correspondingly to the valve setting it control the temperature of the surface heating system supply
(opening or closing the hot water delivery into the system). To set the mixed water temperature, remove the plastic valve cap and
adjust the temperature as shown in valve manual.
