- Página 3 Description: Installation of YDO05 FC-X Data Output Card in FC..BBE-X, IS..BBE-X, FC..CCE-X and IS..CCE-X Models Important note: – All connected equipment must be switched off and disconnected from power (mains). – To avoid irreparable damage to the components, the equipment must be free of voltage before a data output is installed or removed.
- Página 4 Pull out the main PCB (8). Disconnect both cables (9). Remove the adapter housing (7) with the corresponding cables/connectors (9). Remove both jumpers from the main PCB (8). Position the data output card (4) on the main PCB (8) and fasten it with the screw and washer (5) provided.
- Página 5 Close the scale (fasten the top of the scale (13)), turn the scale over and lay it on a padded surface, and fasten the screws (11) on the bottom of the scale (12). Note: Make sure the seals are correctly positioned when re-assembling the equipment. Affix the adhesive label (6) above the data output socket (2).
- Página 6 Beschreibung: Einbau Datenausgang YDO05 FC-X in Gerät FC..BBE-X, IS..BBE-X, FC..CCE-X, IS..CCE-X Achtung! – Alle angeschlossenen Geräte ausschalten und vom Netz oder Netzteil trennen. – Datenausgänge dürfen nur im spannungsfreien Zustand aus- oder eingebaut werden, da sonst Bauteile zerstört werden. – Beim Zusammenbau auf ordnungsgemäßen Sitz der Dichtungen achten. Defekte Dichtungen austauschen.
- Página 7 Hauptplatine (8) herausziehen. Beide Stecker (9) abziehen. Hutze (7) mit den dazugehörigen Kabeln/Steckern (9) entfernen. Beide Jumper auf der Hauptplatine (8) entfernen. Datenausgangsplatine (4) auf die Hauptplatine (8) stecken und mit Schraube und Unterlegscheibe (5) befestigen. Datenausgangskabel (2) durch die Öffnung ziehen und Hutze (1) mit Schrauben (10) befestigen.
- Página 8 Waage wieder verschließen (Waagenoberteil (13) anbringen), Waage umdrehen (Polsterung!) und Schrauben (11) wieder auf der Waagenunterseite (12) anbringen. Achtung: Beim Verschließen auf einen ordnungsgemäßen Sitz der Dichtungen achten! Aufkleber (6) über Buchse des Datenausgangskabels (2) anbringen.

- Página 10 Retirer la carte principale de circuits imprimés (8). Débrancher les deux connecteurs (9). Enlever le boîtier adaptateur (7) avec les câbles/connecteurs correspondants (9). Enlever les deux cavaliers de la carte principale de circuits imprimés (8). Connecter la carte de circuits imprimés pour l’interface (4) sur la carte principale et la fixer avec la vis et la rondelle (5).
- Página 11 Refermer la balance (replacer la partie supérieure de la balance (13)), retourner la balance (sur une surface rembourrée) et remettre les vis (11) sur la face inférieure de la balance (12). Attention : avant de fermer l’appareil, veiller à ce que les joints soient correctement placés. Coller l’autocollant (6) au-dessus du connecteur femelle du câble d’interface (2).

- Página 13 Estrarre la scheda master (8). Togliere entrambi i connettori (9). Togliere l’alloggiamento dell’adattatore (7) insieme ai cavi/connettori rispettivi (9). Togliere entrambi i ponticelli presenti sulla scheda master. Inserire la scheda d’interfaccia (4) sulla scheda master (8) e fissare per mezzo della vite e rondella (5).
- Página 14 Richiudere la bilancia (rimettere la parte superiore della bilancia (13)), rigirare la bilancia (su una superficie morbida!) e riavvitare le viti (11) sul lato inferiore della bilancia (12). Attenzione: verificare la posizione corretta delle guarnizioni mentre chiudete l’apparecchio!! Applicare l’etichetta adesiva (6) sul connettore femmina del cavo d’interfaccia (2).

Fijar el adhesivo (6) sobre la hembrilla del cable salida de datos (2).
