NOTE: The appliance has holes so that it can be affixed to the wall or the floor. The
appliance must be installed where rain cannot fall on it and not out in the open.

3. MAINTENANCE

As far the exterior is concerned the appliance is practically maintenance-free. The casing
should be cleaned periodically as a precaution. Appliances placed outside in cold clima-
tes are at risk of freezing; in this case the water installation should be emptied in winter.
If any inner electrical component needs replacing, original components should always be
used as these have been selected for optimum operation.

4. EXTERIOR CONDITIONS

The materials that come into contact with water have been selected to withstand hard con-
ditions.

5. CAUTION

Do not store chlorinated products near the exchanger or where it is installed, as the
vapours of these products are alarmingly corrosive.
Do not plug in if there is a possibility that the water inside may be frozen.
This appliance is an open-outlet water heater in which the outlet pipe acts as a fan. Owing
to this, any accessories that have not been recommended by the manufacturer should not
be fitted.
