uick ParaMeter setting via the direct
a. Once the camera has rotated, wait for the indicator light to perform a continuous flashing
cycle (1 long flash followed by 3 rapid flashes). (Fig. 5A)
b. Open up the smartphone or tablet's Wi-Fi parameters. Log into the Wi-Fi network which
has the identifier "HD-000xxx", which corresponds to the DID number given on the back
of the camera (CGXX-000xxx).
c. Enter the following network passphrase: 12345678.
d. Save these parameters. The smartphone (or tablet) is now directly connected to the
camera. You can now re-enter the parameters for your Wi-Fi network. (Fig. 6A)
e. Open the "Somfy VISIDOM" application on your smartphone or tablet.
f. Click on "Add a camera" then "Search". The camera's DID should be displayed.
g. Select the camera, then enter a name (of your choice) and the default password
123456. Save these parameters. (Fig. 7A)
► Wait for the connection to be set up: the indicator light on the camera gives 2 long then
2 short flashes. (Fig. 8A)

a. Connect the Ethernet cable to your ADSL hub/router and to the back of the camera.

► The camera's internet connection will be active after approximately 40 seconds,
when the indicator light comes on steady. (Fig. 6B)
b. Open the "Somfy VISIDOM" application.
c. Click on "Add a camera" then "Search". The DID identifier (given on the back of the
camera) is displayed. Select the corresponding camera, then enter a name (of your
choice) and the default password 123456. Save these parameters. (Fig. 7B)
d. The camera is now connected to the internet and linked to the application installed
on your smartphone or tablet. (Fig. 8B)
e. Click
and save a new personal password.
