This electronic sensor technol- ogy prevents overheating of the footwarmer over its entire surface by automatically switching off if a fault occurs. If the footwarmer is automatically switched off by the safety system due to a fault, the indicator lamp no longer lights up even when the foot- warmer is switched on.
