USB Connection
1. Ensure that the USB2.0 / eSATA switch on the back
of USB eSATA the enclosure is in the USB
2. Use the USB-to-DC cable (single connector) to provide power to the enclosure.
NOTE:
In USB mode some HDD with low power requirements may not require
the power cable at all.
3. Connect the USB data cable to the computer and the enclosure.

4. The first time you connect the enclosure Windows / Mac will recognize the
device and install the drivers.

5. Open "My Computer"(in Windows) or check "desktop" (in MAC) to see your
external hard drive ready to use. To access and browse the external drive
under Windows or Mac simply double-click on its icon.
NOTE:
If the hard drive inside the enclosure is brand new it needs to be
formatted before it becomes accessible
(for instructions see hard disk formatting chapter).
Disconnecting
WARNING!
Do not unplug the USB data or power cable when using the INTEGRAL eSATA
2.5" enclosure. DOING THIS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF DATA!
When disconnecting your Integral eSATA drive from the computer, close all
windows and quit all running applications that are stored on the external drive.

1. Double-click on the
