INSTALLATION of McSMOKE 9V-C (58599.00.011.01) – networked smoke alarms
The networking function allows a maximum of 30 individual smoke alarms to be connected in a network. If
a smoke alarm within the network is triggered due to an abnormally high concentration of smoke, all other
smoke alarms give the alarm signal, indicating there is a fire in the vicinity.
A conductor diameter of 0.29 mm
wires lead from each smoke alarm (yellow: signal, black: common reference potential). Check that from
between smoke alarms only wires of the same colour are connected to each other.

The smoke alarm is ready to use as soon as the battery is inserted.
Test the smoke alarm by pressing the "Test" button for at least 4 seconds
(until the alarm sounds). It is recommended that the device is tested once a week, to
verify correct functioning. If the alarm does not sound, change the battery.
