Connect drain line to barbed drain adapter and run to appropriate
discharge point. Use a ½" minimum pipe size for the drain. Use a
¾" drain line for runs that exceed 20 feet. Make connection to a
sanitary waste system through an air gap of 2 pipe diameters or 1",
whichever is larger.

NOTE: When using a sweat adapter, be sure not to solder plumbing
with adapter attached to equipment to prevent damage to plastic.

Attach safety overflow line (⅝" tubing) to barbed fitting on
side of brine tank and run to appropriate discharge point that
is lower than the overflow connection on the brine tank.
