Getting Started

1. Hair should be clean and completely dry before using the
curling wand.
2. Plug the curling wand into an electrical outlet and turn to
"ON", the power indicator light will be flashing red.
3. Allow the curling wand 30 seconds to heat up. The power
indicator light will then turn to solid blue when ready to use.
Never leave the curling wand on and unattended. However,
should you fail to turn the wand off, it will shut itself off
automatically within 60 minutes.
WARNING: The curling wand's barrel will get very hot within a
few seconds and should not be placed in contact with the skin
after the curling wand has been turned on.
How to curl hair
For best results, use a light styling product before blow-drying
hair. Always do a test curl before using the curling wand to
ensure the proper temperature setting for your hair type. NOTE:
Use extreme caution when using this unit on wigs and hair
extensions.
1. Take a ½ to 1 inch wide section of hair, starting 2 inches from
scalp.
2. Wind the section of hair around the thicker portion of the
barrel toward the cool tip.
3. Hold the end of the hair in place at the cool tip for 5 to 10
seconds depending on hair type, then release.
4. Repeat process on additional sections of hair until you
achieve the hairstyle you desire.

After using it several times, you will learn the ideal way to curl
and style your hair.

Tight curls – Wrap small sections of hair tightly and
hold for a few seconds
Loose curls – Wrap wider sections of hair and hold for
a few seconds.
