Helpful hints for best use
When slicing meat near the bone, cut almost to the bone and then manually
separate the meat from the bone. Do not attempt to cut through the bone.
Do not use to cut frozen food.
Move the knife through food. Do not use a back and forth sawing motion.
Allow meats to stand 15 minutes after cooking and before slicing.
Do not attempt to sharpen serrated blades. Replacement blades may be
purchased. Call customer service for more information.
Always clean blades between cutting different foods to avoid cross
contamination.
WARNING: Do not submerge the handle (motor housing), power cord or plug in
water or any other liquids. The handle is NOT dishwasher safe.
CAUTION: The blades are very sharp! Handle with care.
