Solution
Power button is not turned on. The battery is out of power.
Verify that the Bluetooth function of smart phone or other devices is
turned on.
Don't turn on too many Bluetooth devices at the same time when
connecting. Please turn off other headsets and Bluetooth devices in
order to avoid interference.
If the unit failed to pair successfully within 3 minutes, please repeat
the pairing procedure.
Make sure the blue LED is flashing quickly (pairing mode)
Make sure the input password is correct (if required).
Check to see if the red LED is flashing. If the red LED is flashing, the
battery is low. Please charge the battery immediately
Check the volume and decrease the volume, if necessary. Be sure
that the Bluetooth device is within range. Move closer to the device
and see if sound quality improves.
