5. Start-up
Take the device out of its packaging and remove any packaging material. Place the
fan on a suitable, level surface. Ensure correct positioning (see chapter 5.) You can
use the included thermometer as a reference for an optimal position.
Attention! The thermometer gets hot as the fan when you put it on an oven!
The optimal temperature for the fan is between 130°C and 240°C.
