FEET
The feet for the DIREKT 800 BT are provided in a separate package and have to be fitted after being unpacked.
A matching hex or Allen key is enclosed. For fitting, the loudpeaker should be placed on its top on a scratch
free surface. The feet are then secured one after the other with two screws each as shown in Fig. 2a and 1b. The
loudspeaker is then turned around and set up.
SETTING UP THE SPEAKER
To ensure optimum playback the speaker should be positioned on a firm, flat surface (such as a table, shelf, etc.).
A panel at the rear of the speaker reinforces the bass response. To produce the best stereo image the front of the
speaker should be directed towards the listener.
OPERATIONAL ELEMENTS
Controls for speaker, front (Fig. 2)
(1) STBY/POWER LED:
Red: Standby mode
(2) LED display: The 2-digit display shows the selected input - information about the operating status
Inputs:
BT: Bluetooth input
OP: Optical digital input
CO: Coaxial digital input
A1: Analogue input RCA IN (PHONO/LINE)
A2: Analogue input AUX IN (3.5 mm jack socket)
PA: The display flashes in pairing mode.
(3) Remote control sensor: Please aim at this sensor when using the remote control.

(8) RCA IN: Analogue stereo input (RCA jack)
(9) AUX IN: Analogue stereo input (3.5 mm jack socket)

(11) DIGITAL IN OPTICAL: Optical digital input
(12) DIGITAL IN COAXIAL: Coaxial digital input
(13) Rotary/push button for volume control and source selection
ATTENTION:
The loudspeaker is equipped with an integrated amplifier and needs to be connected to a mains outlet by means of
the supplied mains cable.
