Use the syringe to withdraw 80 cc of 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Connect the syringe to the inlet tube and dispense the water at room temperature while the syringe is
pressed.
Fill the syringe again with the solution described above. Connect it to the inlet tube and dispense the
cold water while the syringe is pressed.
Fill the syringe again and connect it to the inlet tube.
Dispense sparkling water.
When the pump comes on, press the syringe as far as it will go. Turn the machine off and wait at least
1 hour.
Turn the machine on and press the three buttons (filtered, cold and sparkling water) until the each
circuit is completely empty.
It will take a few minutes to empty the carbonator (sparkling water).
Reconnect the tubes to the machine and repeat the filling operations.
Repeat filling and emptying of the carbonator another two times to ensure complete removal of hydrogen
peroxide.
Sanitisation 20 PLUS VERSO
Prepare a 250cc of 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Press and hold the sanitisation button until the power light turns off, then release it. The power light
switch on.
To carry out the sanitisation you need to use the tank supplied, even if the unit is fed by water mains.
Remove the filter. Close the pressure regulator. Empty the external tank.
Put 250 cc of 3% hydrogen peroxide into the tank, then add 2 litres of water.
Press the filtered water and cold water buttons at the same time and dispense 1 litre.
Press a few doses of cold and filtered water (about ½ litre each).
Press the sparkling water button until the tank is empty.
Wait at least 1 hour.
Press the three buttons (room temperature, cold and sparkling water) to empty the corresponding
circuits.
Now repeat the initial installation operation.
Repeat filling and emptying of the carbonator another two times to ensure complete removal of hydrogen
peroxide.
8.3 Extraordinary sanitisation
At least once in a year it is necessary a more thorough sanitisation of the device to be performed by a
specialised technician.

Close the system stopcock. Close the CO
regulator knob. Press the buttons to dispense filtered water at

room temperature and cold water until water stops coming out from the unit. Repeat the operation with
the sparkling water button. The unit will dispense about 3 litres of water. In the meantime, ignore pump
operation. Press the sparkling water button again to release all the residual gas. The emptying operation
is complete.
Appliance with tank
Empty the external tank and place it on top of the machine, empty. Close the CO
regulator knob. Press

the buttons to dispense filtered water at room temperature and cold water until water stops coming out
from the unit. Repeat the operation with the sparkling water button. The unit will dispense about 3 litres
of water. In the meantime, ignore pump operation. Press the sparkling water button again to release all
the residual gas. The emptying operation is complete.
11. DECOMMISSIONING AND DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging and used filters according to applicable regulations and special provisions for
the recycling of materials (separate waste collection).
This product complies with Directive 2012/19/UE. The crossed-out rubbish bin symbol shown on
the device indicates that, at the end of its useful life, the product must be collected separately from
