consequential, or special damages of any nature. (Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.) This warranty
does not cover (1) A defect that has been caused by repair or
modification, (2) A defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of
the product, (3) A defect caused by incorrect installation and/or
defective batteries, or (4) Damage resulting from improper operation.
Any implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the terms of this

replace the existing battery with a new one. Defective or exhausted
batteries are the leading cause of problems with this item and are not
covered by this limited warranty.

patents and related foreign counterparts.
