Guarantee

• We provide a 24-month guarantee on
this unit. Commercial use will invalidate
the guarantee.
• Damages, which can be attributed to
natural wear, overloading or inappropri-
ate use, are excluded from the guaran-
tee. Certain component parts are sub-
ject to a normal wear and are excluded
from the guarantee. In particular, these
include: Blade
• Furthermore, the prerequisite for gua-
rantee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions
regarding cleaning and maintenance
have been adhered to.
• Repair or replacement of the product
will not start a new warranty period.
• Damage, which has been caused from
material or manufacturing faults, will be
made good free of charge, by replace-
ment delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is retur-
ned to the merchant undismantled and
with proof of purchase and guarantee.

Repair Service

For a charge, repairs not covered by
the guarantee can be carried out by our
service branch, which will be happy to is-
sue a cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that has
been sent with adequate packaging and
postage.
Attention: Please send your equipment
to our service branch in clean condition
and with an indication of the defect.
Equipment sent carriage forward or by
bulky goods, express or other special
freight will not be accepted.
We will dispose of your defective devices
free of charge when you send them to
us.
