    NEDERLANDS 4.0 De EW7015 gebruiken Zodra Windows de hardware heeft gevonden en de hardware heeft geïnstalleerd, is de EW7015 klaar voor gebruik. Als er een harde schijf is gemonteerd die al eerder is gebruikt, dan kun je direct aan de slag en kun je data uitwisselen. In de volgende voorbeelden gaan we uitleggen hoe je deze twee methodes kunt gebruiken. 5.2.1 De back-up knop van de EW7015 gebruiken Druk eenmaal op de ‘back-up’ knop van de EW7015. Het programma PC Clone wordt gestart. De eerste keer dat je een back-up maakt selecteer je in de linker kolom het station (harde schijf) en de mappen waarvan je een back-up wilt maken.

    NEDERLANDS Schakel het Docking Station in Druk tweemaal op de “clone” knop, wacht tot je een piepje hoort als bevestiging dat het clonen is gestart. De LED 25% op de EW7015 begint te knipperenals deze gestart is met clonen. De LED’s zullen de voortgang van het clonen aangeven van 25%, 50%, 75% tot 100%.

    ENGLISH 4.0 Using the EW7015 The moment Windows has found the hardware and has finished installing this hardware, the EW7015 is ready to be used. If a hard disk has been mounted which has been pre-used, then you are able to use the hard disk to transfer data. However, if the hard disk you have mounted is brand new, and has not been formatted before, you have to prepare the hard disk for usage with Windows.

    ENGLISH 4.2 Preparing the hard disk using Windows 7/8 Go to ‘Start’. Select ‘Control Panel’. Select ‘Administrative Tools’. Select ‘Computer Management’. Select ‘Disk Management’ at ‘Storage’. Right-click the new hard disk and click ‘New Simple Volume’. Choose the amount of free space needed for the new disk/partition. We recommend to use all of the free disk space.

    ESPAÑOL 4.0 Utilización del dispositivo EW7015 Una vez Windows haya encontrado el hardware y haya terminado la instalación de éste, el dispositivo EW7015 estará listo para utilizarse. Si un disco duro instalado ha sido utilizado anteriormente, puede utilizarse para transferir datos. Sie können die PC Clone EX-Software zur Sicherung einsetzen oder die praktische Sicherungstaste am EW7015 dafür nutzen. In den folgenden Beispielen erklären wir Ihnen, wie Sie diese beiden Methoden nutzen.

    7 | D EUTSCH 6.0 Klonfunktion Hinweis! Die Klonfunktion arbeitet ohne PC-Verbindungen. Installieren Sie 2 Festplatten in der EW7015. Dabei gehört die Zielfestplatte in Steckplatz B und die Quellfestplatte in Steckplatz A. Schalten Sie die Docking Station ein. Klicken Sie zweimal auf die Klonen-Taste, es folgt ein Signalton; anschließend beginnen die beiden Festplatten mit der Klonierung.
