CHARGEMENT DE LA BATTERIE
Avant d'utiliser le pistolet de graissage pour la première fois, vérifier
si la batterie est bien installée dans le pistolet, libérez la à l'aide des
boutons situés de chaque côté de la batterie et retirez la du pistolet.
Lorsque la batterie approche de son état de déchargement, vous
remarquerez une baisse de performance de l'appareil. Quand
l'appareil n'est plus capable d'assurer sa tâche, c'est le moment
de recharger la batterie. Rechargez la batterie avant d'arriver à
cette situation, cela prolongera la durée de vie de la batterie.
Décharger la batterie jusqu'à ce point peut l'endommager.
Nota: La température de la batterie augmente pendant et peu
de temps après son utilisation. Les batteries n'acceptent pas une
charge complète immédiatement après utilisation. Mettre la
batterie dans un endroit frais avant de la recharger afin d'obtenir
de meilleurs résultats. 1 Heure de charge permet de revenir à la
pleine puissance. Ne rechargez pas la batterie plus d'1heure,
cela peut l'endommager ainsi que le chargeur.
Insérer la batterie dans son support de chargement. Puis brancher
le chargeur sur la prise 230 Volts à la terre, la plus proche.
Une fois que la batterie a été mise dans le chargeur et qu'une
lumière verte apparaît, appuyez sur le bouton reset et la lumière

INSTALL A GREASE CARTRIDGE
Removing empty grease cartridge.
1. Pull back on the follower handle until the follower rods is
fully extended and latch the follower rod groove into the slot
on the tube en cap of the grease tube.
2. Unscrew the grease tube assembly from the gun.
3. Carefully release the follower handle to eject the empty
cartridge from container tube.
Installing grease cartridge.
1. Remove the plastic cap from the grease cartridge and insert
cartridge into the container tube.
2. Remove the pull tab from grease cartridge and screw grease
tubo into pump assembly.
3. Release follower rod from slot to allow it to go forward.
Purge air from pump. See air purging instructions.
TO CONVERT GUN TO ALLOW FILLING FROM BULK
CONTAINER OR FILLER PUMP
1. Unscrew the grease tube assembly cap from the grease tube
assembly.
2. Grasp follower between thumb and forefinger and flip the
follower lip from the rear to the front side.
Note: the follower resembles a cup. When the gun is assembled for
use with bulk lubricant, the cup opens toward the pump assembly.
3. Reassemble follower into grease tube assembly and position
with the follower handle so that the grease tube assembly
cap can be tightened onto the container tube.

lumière rouge passera au vert indiquant une charge complète de la
batterie et que le chargeur est désormais en charge lente. La
batterie peut rester sur le chargeur jusqu'au moment de prochaine
utilisation. Débranchez le chargeur quand vous ne l'utilisez pas.
Chargez la batterie 2 Heures avant de l'utiliser pour la première fois.
Précautions: Ne pas obstruer les rainures de ventilations supérieures
et inférieures du chargeur. Ne pas charger la batterie lorsque la
température est inférieure à 0 °C (32 °F) ou supérieure à 40 °C (104 °F).
CHARGE NORMALE
Assurez-vous que le voltage du circuit électrique est bien le
même que celui indiqué sur le chargeur. Connectez le chargeur
sur la prise de courant.
RETIRER LA BATTERIE
Appuyez sur les deux boutons de libération (un bouton de
chaque côté de la batterie) et retirez la.
INSTALLER LA BATTERIE
Aligner la batterie avec le manche et la pousser de manière à ce
qu'elle trouve sa bonne position.
TO FILL THE GUN FROM BULK CONTAINER
1. Remove grease tube from the gun.
2. Insert the open end of the grease tube assembly into lubricant.
Slowly pull the follower handle back while pushing the grease
tube assembly deeper into the lubricant to prevent air pockets
from being pulled into the grease tube assembly.
3. When the follower rod is extended, pull it sideways to latch the
rod groove into the keyhole slot in the grease tube assembly cap.
4. Turn the grease tube into the gun and release the follower
rod from he slot on the end cap of the tube to allow the
follower rod to go forward.
5. Clean any excess grease off the gun body.
TO FILL THE GUN WITH A FILLER PUMP
A bulk filler fitting will need to be installed in the grease gun
head cap (not included). Replace the pipe plug in the head cap
with the bulk loader fitting. Engage the follower rod with the
follower by rotating the handle. Insert the gun filler nipple into
the filler pump socket. Operate the filler pump to fill the
container. When the follower rod groove is exposed, the grease
tube assembly is filled. The follower rod will be extended
approximately 8 inches (20 cm). Disengage the follower rod
from the follower by rotating the follower handle. Push the
follower rod into the grease tube assembly.
TO EXPEL AIR POCKETS
1. Free the follower rod from the grease tube assembly cap and
depress the event valve when pushing the follower rod forward.
2. Squeeze the switch several times to operate gun until trapper air is
expelled. Push the follower rod into the grease tube assembly.
