Possible cause
Supply pump not switched on or not working.
Supply hose blocked.

Remedy
Check that the pump is working and switched
on.
Check supply hose and pond return hose for
blockages.
Clean filter (See "Cleaning").

The pond water clarity should start to improve
within 2-3 weeks, but full biological maturation
can take 6-8 weeks before the filter is fully
effective.
Check you are using the appropriate filter for
your pond set up.
Check your flow rate. See 2.2.

Check fuse, RCD and wiring.

Move the pump or the outlet of the pond return
