The CAN Bus Splitter is used to consolidate up to four CAN Bus circuits into one.
Typically, this acts as an intermediate between one Digital Communication Platform
and multiple Digital Audio Units. The CAN Bus Splitter contains five CAN terminating
resistors.

Voice and data communications through connections 2 and 3 (recommend a twisted
pair of cables).

If power is supplied locally for digital audio modules, connections 1, 4 and 5 are
not required. If power and communications are sent between digital modules, use
connections 1 and 4.

Use connections 5 on each port to ground the cable shielding if required.
