• Take unit, and unfold all (3) legs. Two (2) types of mounting supports are
included with the Dynacoupe, designed to adapt to all working environ-
ments.
• Afterwards, insert one of the discs. To do so, slide disc through open slot and
lock it in place with the black button located on top of the unit (discs must
always be inserted with sharp edges towards the top).
• Once the disc is completely inserted, apply a gentle pressure on the black
button and turn the crank to engage the mechanism.
• Position an empty container underneath the unit to receive the final cut pro-
duct. You may cut vegetable, fruits, cheeses etc...
• Different grating / slicing thicknesses are possible by interchanging various
sizes of discs.

INSTRUCTIONS

First system consists of (3) supports
which must be permanently
installed with all (6) screws which are
included with the unit. Following each
use of the machine, in order to clean it
and put it away it only requires for the
legs to be released one at a time from the
fixed supports by folding them gently.
2 nd system consists of (3) suction cups
allowing for a temporary installation.
Working surface must be clean and
smooth for full effectivness of the suction
cups. To remove them, a light pull on the
raised tabs located on the edges of the
suction cups will suffice.
