1 Hang the switching power supply in a rigid location with the hanging steel wire fixed on the unit, or mount the
switching power supply in the desired location with the mounting bracket kits Contact your local sales office for
details
2 Make sure the main switch of the switching power supply is turned off, then connect the switching power supply to
the AC mains with the AC power cord
3 Connect the device and the switching power supply with a DC output cable
4 The switching power supply is ready to be used
General
Warning: Failure to read and follow the safety instructions in this manual before using and installing the switching

1 Keep the switching power supply away from children Make sure that anyone who operates the switching power
supply reads and follows this instruction manual
2 The switching power supply should only be used with Mirka approved accessories Using the switching power
supply with non-approved accessories may result in serious or fatal injury or property damage The socket outlet
must be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible
3 Never attempt to use the switching power supply to power any device that requires more than 200 watts of
continuous output power
4 To avoid potential property damage, disconnect the switching power supply from the mains supply when it is not
in use The power supply can be disconnected from the mains supply by pulling the plug or turning off the main
switch
5 Do not operate the switching power supply near flammable materials or in any location where flammable fumes can
accumulate Avoid operating the switching power supply near a heat source, heat vent or in direct sunlight In order
to disperse the heat generated while operating the switching power supply, keep it well ventilated While in use,
maintain a clear ventilation space of several inches around the top and sides of the switching power supply
6 When operating the switching power supply, regularly check that the input and output power cables are firmly
connected Loose power cables can generate harmful heat, which can damage the switching power supply or digital
device
7 If damage or wear to any component of the switching power supply is observed, do not use the switching power
supply and never attempt to repair it Doing so could result in serious or fatal injury or property damage Return it to
the place of purchase or have it repaired by a qualified technician
8 The external flexible cable or cord of this switching power supply can be replaced If the cord is damaged, please
contact your local sales service directly
9 If the fuse blows, please turn off the power supply, disconnect from the mains supply, and contact your local sales
service directly
