Easyline Edge
LINE MARKING SYSTEM
Please read the following assembly and maintenance instructions carefully and keep them with
your applicator for easy reference.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Due to the high resin content of the paint and excellent line definition, some build up of the paint on
the unique masking plates may be experienced during prolonged use. The special design of the
masking plates allows dried paint deposits to be easily removed by simply peeling it off. Wet paint
can be removed during use by scraping with card. After use it is recommended that the applicator
is left to dry in a well ventilated area.
Replacement masking plates can be purchased – Part Code 47011.
TWO YEAR WARRANTY
If your Easyline Edge
undertake to replace all defective parts free of charge or at our discretion replace the applicator
free of charge, provided that:
1. The applicator is returned to ROCOL Site Safety Systems with evidence of purchase date.
2. The applicator has not been misused or carelessly handled.
3. The applicator has not been repaired by unauthorised persons.
4. The applicator has been used only with Easyline Edge
Preparation
Ensure area to be painted is clean, dry and free from dust and grease before application.
•
If painting new lines, use a chalk line to mark out a guide line. This should be offset to align
•
with applicator wheel edge.
Shake can for at least one minute.
•
Before painting, apply a test line on a piece of card.
•
When painting, follow chalk line accurately using applicator's wheel edge to follow chalk line.
•
Paint straight lines at a consistent speed.
•
Achieve ultra sharp ends by placing the edge of a piece of card at the point you wish the line to
•
finish. Paint over this point and onto the card. Remove the card to reveal a sharp edge.
For perfect right angles, use card as before.
•
After use, clear aerosol nozzle.
