Follow these steps:

Remove the filter.

Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wise with water. Wait until it gets dry and
reattach it. Make sure that the filter is completely dry before replacing it.
Never use the equipment without the air filter.
STORAGE
If the equipment in not used for a long period makes sure to follow these steps:
1Remove the plug from the stock. Dry the reservoir completely and the equipment too,
if it is necessarily.
2Clean or wash the air filter and wait to dry.
3Keep the equipment somewhere free of dust, preferably in the equipment's original
box or covered.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the following data before contacting your technical support:
Problem
The equipment doesn't
work.

The dehumidifier works, but
doesn't decrease the
relative humidity of the air.
Cause
The equipment isn't
plugged in.
The water reservoir is full
The water reservoir
wasn't initially seated.
The air filter is dirty.

relative humidity of the air
where the equipment is
working is very low.
The place is very big.
There are others humidity
fonts.
There is too much
ventilation.

Solution
Insert the plug into the mains
and/or cigarette lighter socket.
Empty the reservoir.
Put the water reservoir at the right
position.
Clean/wash the air filter.
It is normal for the equipment to
not dehumidify under these
conditions.
We recommend the use of a
dehumidifier with better capacity.

Reduce the ventilation. (Ex: close
doors and windows).
