– Return address
– Daytime phone number or fax number
– Model #
– IMEI # (Look for the 15 digit IMEI # behind the battery of the device.)
– Complete description of the problem
– Transportation prepaid
Other Warranty Program
You may have other warranty program with your purchase, such as warranty exchange. If so,
please refer to equipment package or the original point of sale.
THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY
