Photocells' alignment
If photocells are connected on the BUS it is necessary to line up the same before programming. To do the alignment it is
necessary to start a self-learning cycle of the times. At this point, the gate will stand still, as long as the photocells are not lined
up. Once the photocells have been lined up, push the SET button to restart the self-learning of the times.
Note1: The functioning of this device is tightly connected to the control unit User 2 24V. Therefore read attentively the
configuration of the BUS on the User 2 24V control unit.
Note2: it is advisable to use a cable with measurments which do not exceed 2X1,5 mms and however is not longer
than 30 meters.
Verification procedure
Interrupt for several times the ray with a black cardboard verifying that every time the ray is interrupted, the red LED on the
receiver swithes off.
Red led Function:
RED LED LIT: CORRECTLY ALIGNED. NORMAL QUIESCENT STATE.
RED LED UNLIT: INCORRECTLY ALIGNED OR BEAM INTERRUPTED.

INTENDED USE
The photocell 23102075 has been projected to be used exclusivley as photoelectric barrier to be installed in the areas
considered dangerous and in proximity of the gate/leaf, it must be used exclusively for the functioning as interposition between
transmitter and receiver (installed according to the above mentioned instructions).

When being transported this product must be properly packaged and handled with care
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance of this unit must be carried out at 6 monthly intervals by authorised, qualified personnel. During
routine maintenance the following checks should be made: Correct alignment, sealing, cleanliness of the lenses and internal
components. Any remedial work should be carried out as required.
DECOMMISSIONING
If the 23102075 photocell is to be taken out of service, this work must only be undertaken by authorised, qualified personnel.
LIMIT OF GUARANTEE
The 23102075 photocell is guaranteed for a period of 24 months. The guarantee period starts from the date stamp printed on
the product. The guarantee will be void if the photocells have been incorrectly installed, not used for the purpose intended,
tampered with or modified in any way. The validity of this guarantee only extends to the original purchaser.

IMPROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
