4. ELECTRICAL
Check available voltage to your machine. This machine should have its own,
isolated electrical supply. Check your machine's identification/electrical plate to
determine the appropriate breaker and wire size needed.
To ensure safety and years of trouble-free operation, the manufacturer recom-
mends that a licensed electrician check the electrical supply to ensure that the
proper breaker and wiring is being used.
5. OPERATION
5.1 Location and description of Controls:
Actual Temperature Display:
Displays the actual
temperature.
Set Temperature Display
"Heat On" Indication: When
the oven is being heating, the
heat on Indication will be on.
Speed Display
Conveyor Indication:
Indicates the conveyor drive
motor on or off.

6. NORMAL OPERATION

Press the Power Switch
