The Air Supply is designed to supply a continuously ad-
justable air stream for the operation of Air Tracks U40400,
U40405 etc. and Air-Cushion Table for model experiments
U15420.
1. Safety instructions
• Never operate the Air Supply near open containers of
flammable solvents, dry chemicals, cleaners or var-
nishes, since fumes from these substances can burst
into flames from a motor spark.
• Since the air flow is used to cool the motor, never
operate the Air Supply for extended periods with both
outlets plugged.
• Do not operate the Air Supply in dusty environments,
since the dust may cause damage to the motor and
plug the air holes in the Air Track.
• The blower motor is lubricated at the factory and no
additional lubrication is needed.
2. Description, technical data
Motor and blower mounted in a sturdy plastic housing,
on/off switch with telltale lamp and volume knob are
located at the front, appliance plug with integrated fuse
holder at the back. The Air Supply is supplied with an
additional flange to connect the air hose. Depending on

2.1 Scope of supply

3. Operation
3.1 Exchanging the flange
•
Remove the flange from the air outlet.
•
To do this unscrew the four cross-head screws.
•
Exchange the flange and fix it by tightening the
screws.

3.2 Replacing the fuse

•
Pull the mains plug.
•
Pry out the fuse holder with a broad screw driver.
•
Replace the defective fuse.
•
Put the fuse holder back into its place.
