General safety warnings
When working strictly observe the
general safety recommendations
for air tools and for compressors.
See ISO 11148-10.
Safety warnings
•
Use personal protective equipment - special
clothing, glasses, gloves, gas mask and closed
shoes.
•
While working, do not direct the flow of of
spraying liquid onto yourself, other persons, or
animals.
•
Do not exceed required working pressure.
•
Spraying liquid may be injurious to health,
highly inflammable or explosible. Do not use the
air tool near objects emitting heat or open fire.
The use of air tool near such objects may result
in a fire hazard.
Intended use
This air tool is designed to perform various types
of works by spraying liquid (enables cleaning of
parts and surfaces, application of anti-corrosion
compounds, spraying disinfectants, insecticides
and plant-care products). Long nozzle allows you
to work in confined spaces.

Installation / regulation
Before execution of any procedures, discon-
nect air tool from compressor.
Sprayed material volume regulation (see fig. 1)
•
Unscrew fixing nut 2 (see fig. 1).
•
Rotate nozzle 1 to adjust volume of sprayed
material.
Tighten fixing nut 2.
•
Reservoir (see fig. 1)
To mount / unmount the reservoir 7 (for filling or
flushing), carry out the operations as it is shown
in figure 1.
Check before each using of the tightness of all
threaded connections, as well as the tightness of
connections and hoses.
Air tool should be pre-connected to the com-
pressor.
Switching on:
Press and hold the on / off switch 6.
Switching off:
Release the on / off switch 6.
•
Unmount reservoir 7 (see fig. 1) and fill it with
the material to be sprayed. The material may have
to be diluted. The dilution formula should be ob-
tained from the manufacturer. If the material is too
dense it may block the nozzle 1. Mount reservoir 7.
•
Connect the air tool to the compressor, using
a special air hose.
•
Adjust working pressure (see technical data
table).
•
Treat of surfaces or details.
•
After using, disconnect the air tool from the
compressor.
•
It should be thoroughly washed after each use
air tools, otherwise it may fail, in which case you
lose the right to warranty repair. Recommended
substances for washing you can found in the man-
ufacturer's instructions of the sprayed material.
