Operating Instructions
SOI. Baglight
SOI is so easy to use.
SOI is delivered with pre-installed batteries
– therefore SOI is ready for use. Just leave
it in your handbag and SOI simplifies finding
things in your bag for your immediate
convenience.
SOI reacts by being touched or even senses
an approaching hand and thus turns on
automatically. After a certain period of time SOI
switches off again automatically. Just touch
or approach your SOI and let it illuminate your
bag again.
Please read these operating instructions
carefully. They contain important information
for the correct use of your SOI.
SOI has been designed as a battery operated
light source for a short period illumination of
handbags or similar products. It consists of
plastic casing (2 parts), 2 batteries (each 1.5
V, type AAA LR03), an electronic board and
4 integrated LEDs.
Removal/Change of Batteries
The casing of SOI consists of two shells
(upper and a lower casing). Your SOI can
be opened by twisting the upper shell in
anti-clockwise rotation.
When inserting the batteries, load them
with polarity aligned correctly (plus pole
as indicated on board). Replace only with
the recommended battery type.
After change of batteries, close plastic
casing by twisting upper shell in clock-wise

Safety information

SOI is not designed for mechanical loads
or stresses. Do not drop SOI.
Protect the device from moisture.
Recommended temperature range:
–5 °C to +35 °C.
SOI is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of
children.Do not look directly into light
sources if casing is opened.
Do not try to short-circuit, recharge, disas-
semble or heat SOI (danger of explosion).
Remove batteries if device is not used for
a longer period of time. Damaged/leaking
batteries may cause harm to SOI and to
your skin – use safety gloves.
