How to operate your hand blender
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups,
mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing drinks and milk-
shakes.
1. Insert the Motor part(3) into the blender shaft(4) until it locks.
2. Introduce the hand blender in the vessel, then press the I speed(1)
or II speed(2)
3. To release the blender shaft after use, rotate the blender shaft(4)
You can operate the hand blender in any other vessel. When blending
direcetly in the saucepan while cooking, take the pan from the stove
first to protect your hand blender from overheating.
Whipped cream
Only whip up to 400ml chilled cream(min. 30% fat contents, 4-8°C).
Start with a low speed setting (1) and while whipping, increase the
speed to setting II(2).
Egg snow
Only whip up to 4 egg whites
Start with a medium speed setting I (1) and while beating, increase the
speed to setting II (2).
Cleaning
Clean the motor part (3) with a damp cloth only. Other parts can be
cleaned in the dishwasher. However, after processing very salty food,
you should rinse the blades right away. Also be careful not to use an
overdose of cleaner or decalcifies in your dishwasher.
When processing foods with color (eg. Carrots), the plastic parts of the
appliance may become discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil
before placing them in the dishwasher
