WARRANTY TERMS

Alfatest Industria e Comercio de Produtos S/A respecting the customer and supporting his rights, determines 6
months of warranty, against any fabrication defect, from the date of the receipt to the customer.
ATTENTION: TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICES, THE PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT'S
RECEIPT IS NECESSARY. PLEASE, KEEP A COPY OF IT IN EASY ACCESS TO SPEED UP
ATTENDANCE.
General comments:
• The time spent with repairs in the equipment does not extend the warranty period and such repairs can only be
done by Alfatest or its Technical Assistance Net.
• For any technical assistance request, contact Alfatest representative or the Technical Assistance Net directly.
• Warranty covers damages caused during the equipment removal or transport until the place defined, since it is
done by Alfatest authorized personnel.
• Warranty does not cover transport expenses for repairs.
• Warranty does not cover expenses for preparing the area for installation ( power supply net, grounding, etc).
• The warranty does not cover product functioning faults from electric power supply or any other installation place.
• Warranty does not cover parts damaged due to wrong use, improper installation or nature catastrophe.
• Warranty does not cover transport to places outside Alfatest chain.
The receipt must follow the equipment in case of warranty requirement.
Warranty will be valid only if:
• The equipment must be used according to the instructions contained in this manual.
• If it is required to repair or substitute without any cost parts that certainly have some kind of defect, caused in
manufacture process.
• On the requirement, the equipment must be followed to it's commercial invoice.
Warranty is automatically is cancelled if:
The specifications are not observed during installation or operation or if not authorized personnel execute repair
service.
The equipment suffers bad treating, violation, alterations or repairs done by not authorized personnel.
There is removal or alteration of serial number or identification plate.
There is alteration of the original features of the equipment or its optionals.
Note: The alfatest S/A reserves the right to change the general features, techinical and stetic for his products without
prior notification.
