Warnings
Read this manual carefully to understand the instructions for use,
performance and limitations of this device. Keep the manual for future
reference.
Do not use this device for self-diagnosis. Based on the results obtained
with this device, do not decide by yourself to change the medication
recommended by your doctor. If you have any doubts about the result,
consult a doctor.
This device has delicate, high-precision components. Therefore,
avoid exposure to high temperatures or humidity, dust or smoke. The
manufacturer guarantees the accuracy of this device only if it is stored and
used properly.
Do not attempt to calibrate or repair this unit by yourself. If you have
problems with its operation, contact a specialized service.
To clean this device, use a soft, dry cloth or lightly soaked in water or a mild
detergent.
If you have not used the appliance for more than 6 months, replace the
batteries. It is recommended to use alkaline batteries.
Recommendation
The SilverCloud MB23 electronic arm blood pressure monitor is intended for
use by people who are at least 18 years old and by medical staff to monitor
blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse.

Before first use

Make sure that the appliance has 4 AA 1.5 V alkaline batteries correctly
installed.
Before use, attach the cuff to the main unit.
If the icon indicating the discharged batteries is displayed on the screen,
proceed as follows:
Remove the cover from the battery compartment.
Position the batteries respecting the indicated polarity.
Replace the cover.
